How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Validfeed Mold Help should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Validfeed Mold Help
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service.

If you have a problem with work done in your home, start here:

1. First, raise it with the provider directly. 2. Next, keep a written record of what was said and agreed. 3. Then, if it is still unsolved, send us the details.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Validfeed Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

What to Put in Your Email

Write to contact@validfeed.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Send It

We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help too.
